Job Position: Chief Finance Officer

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping PST working hours

Role Overview

As a Finance Controller you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s financial health. This includes managing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights that drive growth. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, is detail-oriented, and can translate financial expertise into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Compliance:

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.

• Develop scalable financial systems and robust internal controls.
• Streamline workflows for accounts receivable and payable.

• Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Align financial forecasting with long-term growth strategies.

• Manage external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of financial management experience.
• Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial systems.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of process improvement in high-growth environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
