As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing focused on growing our membership, you will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing our digital strategy and assets. You will work with Clover’s agency and also drive internal projects to enhance our digital presence and performance. The ideal person for this role can move easily from thinking about campaign management optimization and performance metrics to content marketing partnerships and strategy.
As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will:
- Help drive Clover’s year-round growth and retention engine by coordinating the development of go-to-market strategies, production calendars and key project deliverables.
- Lead Clover’s digital strategy via a data-driven approach to enhance our digital presence and performance
- Support in overseeing Clover’s marketing agency, particularly around digital creative, landing pages, digital media buying strategy, and KPIs
- Manage a team and oversee our digital assets and tools, which includes:
- Clover’s website and landing pages
- Social media presence
- Email campaigns
- Digital analytical tools
- Partner cross functionally especially with Analytics, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales
- Develop key KPI reporting for leadership around our digital assets and performance that spans end to end from SEO to lead generation to conversion.
Success in this role looks like:
- By the end of your 90-day period, you have seamlessly integrated into the Marketing team and started to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of our digital marketing strategy, are familiar with CloverHealth.com and its email strategy, and have a proven ability to contribute to the development of new campaigns as well as analyze existing ones.
- By 6 months, you will be immersed and leading the digital marketing strategy and execution - digital acquisition programs, website, and email. You have demonstrated a deep understanding of the Digital Marketing framework at Clover Health.
- Future success in this role will be measured through digital campaign metrics, sales, process improvement implementation, and mentorship of junior team members.
You should get in touch if:
- You have a minimum of 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or start-up environment.
- You have Medicare Advantage experience; strongly preferred.
- You have experience running direct to consumer marketing campaigns, preferably in a regulated industry.
- You have a love for numbers and a strong foundation in developing data-driven strategies.
- You have experience in managing marketing agencies and team members.
- You have strong data analysis skills and are proficient with Google Spreadsheets and other reporting software.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
