The Role
ITHAKA is looking for an experienced and talented brand marketing Senior Copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting compelling and engaging marketing copywriting. You’ll partner with a team of dedicated creative professionals, product marketing strategists, and marketing channel specialists to develop audience-oriented solutions that tell our story and grow awareness and engagement with our brands.
Reporting to the Principal Creative Director, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and leaders across the organization to influence and operationalize marketing and storytelling for ITHAKA’s full portfolio of nonprofit brands and services. This individual advises other writers in and outside of the organization as we integrate our voice across organic, paid, owned, and earned communication channels. The Senior Copywriter will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative, engaging our audiences, and driving business objectives. Your exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with a strategic mindset, will be essential in creating and distributing compelling, accurate and impactful copywriting in a range of formats.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $77,500- $97,000per year. Starting pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our total compensation package for benefits-eligible employees includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, an employer-paid 10% retirement contribution, paid parental and caregiver leave, 22 days of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, up to 12 sick days, gym reimbursement, and more.
