About The Role:
The company is looking for a Community Operations Project Coordinator to support the Head of Community in structuring and optimising workflows, managing projects, and ensuring seamless operations within a high-calibre network of investors. This role requires a highly organised and tech-savvy professional who can automate processes, manage events, standardise operational procedures, and create digital solutions that enhance community engagement. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and eager to implement innovative strategies to streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimisation & Automation – Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline community interactions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in communication and engagement.
Event Coordination – Assist in planning and executing community events, including venue research, budget management, logistics coordination, and post-event evaluations.
Content & Digital Tools Management – Create and maintain community resources, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials using tools such as Notion and Figma.
Community Data Organisation – Maintain an organised database of community members, tracking key details and interactions to enhance personalised engagement.
Standardisation of Budgets & Documentation – Develop templates and systems to ensure all event budgets, expenses, and operational processes remain consistent and easily comparable across different locations.
Member Engagement & Communication – Support the Head of Community in structuring member interactions, automating standard responses, and enhancing communication strategies to ensure efficiency at scale.
Technology & CRM Integration – Identify and implement digital tools or CRM systems that improve community management and facilitate seamless access to member information.
Requirements:
Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – A meticulous approach to structuring workflows, standardising processes, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy & Digitally Proficient – Strong experience with tools such as Notion, Figma, Miro, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms. Ability to research and implement new digital solutions.
Process Automation & Problem-Solving Mindset – Comfortable with automating workflows, optimising communication processes, and proactively finding solutions to operational challenges.
Experience in Project or Event Coordination – Previous experience in organising and managing events, from logistics to execution, with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication – Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging content for internal and external communication.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic, international team.
Understanding of Community Operations & CRM Systems – Knowledge of structuring databases, tracking member interactions, and leveraging digital tools for community engagement is a plus.
Global Perspective & Cultural Awareness – Comfortable working with an international team and engaging with high-profile members from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work aligned to UK business operating hours
