We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for primarily non-tech positions — marketing, communications, finance, administration, etc. You will be a Perfect Match if you are have experience in the Igaming domain, ready to maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best people who contribute to our company’s growth.

Essential professional experience:

3+ years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter in iGaming;
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (competency-based interviews);
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (experience with GreenHouse will be a plus), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
Fluency in Ukrainian;
Upper-intermediate English is a must.
