Job Description:
  • Candidate should have min 5+ yrs of Handson experience in CSM – FSM implementation / Custom App Development
  • Candidate should be able to do Design , Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions in mentioned modules and aligning with client needs and expectations.
  • Candidate is expected to have exposure to Portal Development and Integrations with other applications
  • Candidate should have hands on experience in Java Scripting, Server-Side Scripting, process improvement and documentation.
  • Candidate should be able to do coding , and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM modules.
  • Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of Customer Service Management processes.
  • Provide advanced support for ServiceNow CSM, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
  • Candidates having certifications in service now development and mentioned modules will have preference
  • Candidate should be good at communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should be good at team skills , communication, and coordination within team and stakeholders.
