Description

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a background in digital and product marketing and with a strong content creation skill set to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing compelling messaging, writing impactful content such as blogs and whitepapers, and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and product adoption. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, and demand generation, with a focus on K-12 education solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Messaging 

  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that aligns with our Zero Incidents Framework and solution suites (Behavior360, Character360, Care360, Shield360, and Protect360). 
  • Create product positioning and differentiators that resonate with key buyer personas, including school administrators, safety officers, and counselors. 
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, battle cards, and sales enablement materials. 

Content Creation & Strategy 

  • Research, plan, and write engaging content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and social media posts to educate and engage school leaders. 
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight the impact of Navigate360’s safety and well-being solutions in schools. 
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, ensuring that it reaches the right audience at the right time. 

Campaign Execution & Lead Generation 

  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our solutions. 
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and digital marketers to create impactful marketing assets. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. 

Collaboration & Market Research 

  • Stay informed on trends in school safety, mental health, and social-emotional learning to ensure messaging is relevant and timely. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify opportunities for differentiation. 
  • Partner with internal teams (sales, product management, customer success) to align marketing efforts with business goals. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

✔ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing 
✔ Proven track record in content creation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) 
✔ Strong understanding of K-12 education industry trends (preferred) 
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
✔ Experience with SEO, marketing automation, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) 
✔ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies 
✔ Highly organized with strong project management skills

Normal Working Hours and Conditions:  Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. 

Physical Requirements:  Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.  Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.  The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds.  The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
