Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope

  • Approximately 24 hours per week 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Texas hours (3 Days - 8 Hours per day)

  • Remote position with flexible scheduling

  • Focus on social media management, content creation, and basic marketing tasks

  • Collaboration with business owner on strategy and content approval

  • Potential for role expansion based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)

  • Design graphics and flyers for marketing materials

  • Manage monthly email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or MailChimp

  • Perform basic website updates, including adding new pages or promotions

  • Collaborate closely with the business owner on content strategy and brand alignment

  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed



Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and email marketing platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time, remote capacity

  • Familiarity with luxury travel industry trends (preferred)

  • Basic understanding of website content management systems

  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations and social media policies
