Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an RCT Regional Manager to join our Regional Care Team. This position oversees a skilled, integrated team of professionals who provide localized support within a managed care environment for members living with moderate to severe mental health and/or, substance use conditions and are eligible for plan-based Tailored Care Management with Trillium Health Resources. Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Master’s degree in a field related to Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing or another relevant Human Services area or licensure as an RN and three (3) years of experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to complex members with I/DD or TBI.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
*Prefer a minimum if two (2) years in a supervisory role of two (2) or more employees.
*Experience working with children and adults with BH/MH/SU/IDD conditions is a plus
License/Certification:
Fully licensed by the North Carolina governing board regulating Human Services professions including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), or a Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Must have a valid driver’s license
