Job Description

As an RTO Records Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate learner records and providing administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing timely and accurate data entry of learner information.
  • Managing and updating records in student management systems and databases.
  • Responding to learner queries in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with records management policies and procedures.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve learner records issues as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Records Admin position supporting Australian clients.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a learner-first approach.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with databases and data entry systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience working in an RTO environment.
  • Sound knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) sector requirements.
  • Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
