We are an MSP service provider providing IT services to other businesses. Managing customer telephone calls, helpdesk tickets and support requests. Staff need to manage, prioritize and escalate accordingly to support customers in a timely manner.
This role is customer facing: Both telephone and remote ticketing. The role escalates to the Tech Lead or System Administrator.
• Create/update support tickets with accurate documentation
• Daily Helpdesk support and ticket management and escalation.
• Office 365 support - SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related applications – Advanced Support
• Sentinel One EDR Support - Monitoring and escalation – Advanced Support
• Remote Monitoring + Patch management - Scripting and Automation tasks for streamlined processes. Advanced Support
• Microsoft MFA enrollment support > MFA RESETS Advanced Support
• Microsoft password reset assistance > Password Resets, Work with Sys Admins for assistance.
• Advanced Barracuda Spam Email support > Rule creation, deep troubleshooting. Advanced Support
• Backup Monitoring and support > Reboots, Disk cleanup, Escalation to Admin or Vendor support Advanced Support
Requirements
The ideal cantidate will have 3-4 years experience working supporting business technologies.
