Job Description

Embark on an exciting career in international real estate as a Cold Caller / Lead Generator for a cutting-edge Dubai-based property firm. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of business development, identifying and engaging potential buyers for luxurious off-plan and secondary market properties in one of the world’s most vibrant real estate markets. You’ll leverage your research skills, market knowledge, and persuasive communication abilities to generate high-quality leads and set the stage for successful property sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain expertise in the global real estate sector while working remotely from the comfort of your home in the Philippines.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify promising prospects in the international real estate market, with a focus on potential Dubai property buyers
  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns using provided scripts and guidelines, adapting your approach based on market trends and client feedback
  • Generate and nurture high-quality leads for the sales team, focusing on booking qualified appointments
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software
  • Analyze call data and market responses to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand buyer preferences and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and property offerings to provide accurate information to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to the company’s growth strategies

Requirements
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse international clients
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, phone dialer systems, and other relevant technology tools
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets, with knowledge of Dubai’s property landscape being a significant advantage
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market trends
  • Resilience and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
  • Comfortable with performance-based incentives and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week) and potentially adjust working hours to align with international time zones
