Job description

The Opportunity:

Are you a tech-savvy, team orientated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a System Administrator – Level I/II to help manage and maintain our day-to-day IT operations, maintain our systems, and provide outstanding technical support to users.

This is a fully remote position where you'll collaborate with people from around the world and deliver outstanding support.

What You Will Do:

  • Be a go-to person for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide prompt and effective support for everything from operating system hiccups to network connectivity problems
  • Keep IT systems running smoothly by performing routine system checks, software updates, and backups
  • Monitor performance and resolve any issues before they impact business operations
  • Work closely with internal teams and external clients (based in the US) to ensure their tech needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of IT procedures, system configurations, and changes
  • Generate reports on system performance, support requests, and IT incidents to help improve efficiency
  • Assist with ad-hoc IT projects such as system upgrades, network expansion, and new technology rollouts
To succeed in this role you will need:
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech tools
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks
  • Prior experience in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS) is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to easily explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional problem solver

  • Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
Qualifications:

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
