We’re seeking a Freelance Web Development & Design Project Manager to provide parental leave coverage in April 2025. This is an entry point into Vested’s VCo System, offering ongoing freelance opportunities for future web and design projects.

Ideal Candidate

Experienced project manager with 3+ years leading web development and design projects.
Strong understanding of website development workflows, UX/UI principles, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
Comfortable translating business goals into clear technical requirements for developers and designers.
Skilled at managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to oversee QA, testing, and deployment for web projects.
Familiar with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Basecamp.
Experience in finance, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.

Project Details

Location: United States (Remote)
Duration: 3-4 months, beginning April 2025 (Exact dates TBD). Roughly 20 hours per week.
Scope: Oversee and manage web development and design projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Compensation: $50-60/hour, based on experience and project scope.
