Job Requirements:

• Graphic Design Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, mass production art, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
  Proficiency in Design Tools:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW, with a strong design portfolio that highlights your expertise.
  Understanding Design Principles:

• Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to create effective and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  Awareness of Industry Trends:

• In-depth knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to stay ahead in the field.
  Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly and collaborating effectively with team members and clients to bring ideas to life.
  Time-Management Skills:

  Strong time-management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Marketing Guidelines & Restrictions:

• Knowledge of marketing guidelines and restrictions related to promoting beauty products and services online, especially in regulated markets.
  Feminine and Luxury Brand Design: 

  Proven experience designing with a feminine touch, especially for luxury brands and the beauty industry, creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for high-end clients.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and projects.

Core responsibilities:

• Creative Concept Development:

• Develop innovative concepts and designs for product and marketing materials, including logos, brochures, and social media graphics, that effectively communicate brand messages.
  Collaboration & Idea Translation:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to fully understand project requirements, translating ideas into visually compelling representations.
  Proficient Design Execution:

• Create high-quality, professional graphic designs using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  Brand Identity Consistency:

• Design and refine brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and touchpoints.

• Brand Audit & Enhancement:
  Conduct thorough brand audits and enhance the brand identity of clients businesses, ensuring it aligns with their vision and resonates with the target audience.
  Cross-functional Team Collaboration:

  Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to support campaign initiatives, incorporate feedback, and meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
