Salesforce Implementation Manager


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive the implementation strategy of our SaaS-based integration platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Implementation Managers & Consultants, ensuring seamless execution and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, SaaS, and system integrations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Implementation Team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end SaaS product implementation, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project expectations and drive efficiency.
  • Conduct Kick-off Meetings, project reviews, and risk mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
  • Act as a key escalation point for implementation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and enhance implementation strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure excellent product utilization before transitioning clients to the support team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation and enterprise software solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics customization and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP Systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Business Central, and F&O.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL, Integration, and SQL for data transformation and migration.
  • Experience working with global customers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, handle escalations, and optimize implementation workflows.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
