The Role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for digital transformation projects.
  • Conduct in-depth process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative insights and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a management consultancy or digital transformation context.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and processes.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. Lucidchart) and project management tools (e.g., Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Contract flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new industries and projects.
