We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Global Finance Team. You will be responsible for a broad range of corporate finance responsibilities across the globe, including supporting Accounts Payables for United States operations, oversight of daily operations for APAC/EMEA/Americas entities, and assisting with AP Reporting among other responsibilities.

You will report to our AP Manager within the GIFT Team.

The team that this role is a part of is based in India.

You Will:

The Accounts Payable Specialist handles the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for the Global Finance team. This includes:
Prepare accounts payable entries, including banking inputs for approval.
Payment entries/uploads in banking platforms (including Citibank and AFEX).
Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports.
Work with Finance team members to complete the preparation and review of local filing requirements (local VAT Returns and more).
Maintain good partner connections and generally respond to all inquiries from your team.

You Have:

BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 1 year of accounting/finance experience
Work flexible hours.
Business proficiency in English.
Work with a wider global team and across different time zones.
