The Bilingual Sales Manager will join our rapidly growing team remotely.

What You’ll Do: 

The Bilingual Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of bilingual Loan Consultants (LCs). The role is held accountable to the performance, development and production of the team. Daily, Weekly and Monthly metrics are to be met in this role. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires being able to execute multiple projects at once. 

The role’s day-to-day duties include (but are not limited to): 

• Overseeing bilingual Loan Consultants
• Performing hourly checkups to ensure production and activity
• Providing training and on-the-job coaching to loan consultants on a daily basis 
• Participating in developing organization goals, objectives, and systems 
• Managing lead distribution 
• Assisting in the lifecycle of recruitment and development of new bilingual LC’s 
• Maintaining team member’s time and attendance, including payroll approval/verification, time off tracking, and shift and break adherence monitoring 
• Conducting employee performance evaluations, corrective action, and other coaching and development activities as needed 
• Supporting executive management in ongoing initiatives as assigned 
• Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies

What You’ll Need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of sales experience working directly with a Spanish-speaking customer base
• 3+ years of exemplary performance in a sales role with an expert level knowledge of the auto refinance industry, including ancillary product sales 
• Experience building a Spanish sales team including implementing and refining processes and creating and delivering training content
• 3+ years of experience managing a bilingual sales team
• 4-6 years of management experience including facilitating training in a virtual setting
• Ability to teach and coach with basic understanding of adult learning techniques 
• Experience displaying leadership qualities and getting buy-in from groups
• Ability to quickly reprioritize tasks in response to business need 
• Strong organization and time management skills amid newly identified obstacles or a sudden change in priorities
• Willingness to work varying days/hours to ensure Loan Consultant shift coverage 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. 

Physical Requirements 

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.  May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs.  Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
