We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our growth in the US market remotely from India.


Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT and non-IT outsourcing (BPO, digital marketing, customer support, software development, etc.).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the USA.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, service offerings, and pricing models.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and generate reports on business performance.


Required Skills & Experience:


5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT outsourcing, BPO, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of winning US-based clients and closing high-value deals.
Strong knowledge of outsourcing models, IT services, and BPO processes.
Experience working in the US market with a deep understanding of business culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple clients.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.




Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in staffing, recruitment, or managed services sales.
Familiarity with digital marketing, AI-driven automation, and cloud-based solutions.





Salary: 6 Lakhs
