Job description

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Control Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules. This role requires in-depth functional expertise and project leadership to ensure successful deployment of HCM control solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Solution Design: Design Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls solutions that meet client needs while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure HCM Controls modules, defining security roles, access controls, workflows, and segregation of duties in alignment with the solution design.
  • Data Migration: Coordinate with technical teams for seamless data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the HCM control solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in at least 2-5 Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls implementation projects.
  • 4-6 years of functional experience across three or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams, including requirements analysis, functional design, report development, and testing.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-resolution skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Agile collaboration tools, such as Jira or Rally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
  • Experience supporting business and technology transformation processes.
