Position Overview:

Corporate Stays is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Real Estate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our property portfolio by identifying and securing high-quality, fully furnished rental properties that meet our standards and align with our guests’ needs. Working closely with property owners, property management companies, and internal teams, you will ensure that Corporate Stays continues to deliver exceptional housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure rental properties that meet Corporate Stays' quality and location standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to source potential rental opportunities.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for Corporate Stays and our clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to assess potential properties and determine suitability based on client preferences, location, and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate property inspections and ensure that new properties meet our five-star furnishing and amenity standards.
  • Collaborate with the Casa Suarez design team to furnish properties to Corporate Stays’ premium standards.
  • Work with the concierge and guest services teams to address any property-related issues that may arise during guests' stays.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulatory requirements in relevant regions to inform property selection and leasing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field, ideally with a focus on furnished rentals or corporate housing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of securing favorable lease agreements.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze real estate trends.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with regional real estate regulations and rental market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of real estate CRM software is a plus.
