Internship Program Overview

At Authentica Solutions, we recognize the importance of nurturing early-career talent and providing opportunities to gain real-world experience. Our Internship Program is designed to offer students comprehensive insight, experience, and expertise in the education technology sector. This 6-week program aims to provide interns with hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Program Details:

• Duration: 6 weeks
• Start Date: June 2, 2025
• End Date: July 11, 2025
• Location: Remote (U.S. only, specific states)
• Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (30 hours per week)

Program Objectives:

• Hands-on Learning: Enable interns to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects, enhancing their practical skills and understanding of industry practices.
• Professional Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to help interns improve technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities.
• Innovation and Contribution: Engage interns in collaborative projects that encourage innovative thinking and contribute to the development or improvement of our products and services.
• Cross-functional Exposure: Offer opportunities to interact with various departments, fostering a holistic understanding of the organization's operations and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration.

Program Structure:

• Orientation: Introduce interns to company culture, values, policies, and procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Project Assignments: Assign real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, allowing interns to apply their skills in practical settings.
• Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing both technical and soft skills relevant to the industry.
• Mentorship: Pair each intern with a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program, aiding in goal setting and professional development.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Offer ongoing feedback and conduct formal evaluations to assess performance, acknowledge achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Internship Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in accredited institutions within the United States. Candidates from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. Please note that due to employment regulations and tax requirements, we are only able to hire candidates residing in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah.

Full Stack Engineer Position Overview

Join our team for a 6-week summer internship focused on full stack development in education. Gain hands-on experience with Python and the .NET ecosystem while working on real projects to enhance our Education Intelligence Platform.

Internship Highlights:

• Structured Onboarding: Learn company processes with tools like GitHub, Jira, Outlook, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Development Projects: Build web applications, create simple APIs, and integrate front-end components using Python frameworks and ASP.NET Core.
• Capstone Project: Develop and present a capstone project that applies your full stack skills to address a real-world challenge in education.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Work with experienced mentors and engage in team-based problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and customer portals.
• Support the creation of APIs using Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) and ASP.NET Core.
• Contribute to code reviews and collaborative team sessions.
• Document your work and present your capstone project findings.

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python and/or C#, and basic web development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies in a real-world environment.
