Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years Proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC/SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Experience with SEO principles is an advantage but not required.

Core responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct detailed audience research to identify and build targeted custom audiences, including lookalikes, interests, and retargeting segments. 
  • Ad Copy & Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that align with audience interests and trends. 
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI, adjusting based on performance and strategic insights. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to derive insights and improve campaign outcomes. 
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments to continually improve performance. 
  • Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices to ensure that all campaigns are compliant and optimized. 
  • SEO Integration (Preferred): Utilize SEO knowledge to inform PPC strategy and keyword research, ensuring alignment between paid campaigns and organic search performance.
