LemFi (YC S21, Series A) is revolutionizing cross-border financial services for immigrants through its multi-currency platform, processing over $1 billion in monthly transactions. We provide instant remittances, foreign exchange services, and multi-currency accounts, all in one seamless experience.

LemFi is building a comprehensive financial ecosystem empowering immigrants with the financial tools they need to thrive—wherever they go.

Our vision: To build the first full-stack financial services hub for the world’s immigrant population.

Job Overview:

The role of the Senior Product Manager is a remote position in the Product team. As the Senior Product Manager, you will have a sound understanding of the features, functionality, risks and operational processes that support LemFi’s products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining user stories to deliver the strategy and create a product backlog. You will own the product backlog, drive prioritization and delivery, which will include managing the budget and outcome metrics.

  • You are entrepreneurial and a self starter
  • You take risks and are not afraid to try something new
  • You are tenacious and find a way to win
  • You are results oriented and data-driven

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a product roadmap, ensuring alignment to the wider product vision and establish an associated backlog.
    • Leverage data analytics to uncover insights, identify trends, and assess product performance. Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform feature prioritization, optimize user experiences, and drive strategic product improvements.
    • Collaborate with data teams to define key metrics, run experiments (A/B tests), and translate findings into actionable decisions that enhance user engagement and business growth.
    • Oversee a pro-active, customer focused, multi-disciplinary team, working with skilled specialists across insights, UX design, technology delivery, security and infrastructure, to develop highly effective digital products through a process of research, ideation and design.
    • Understand the payment platform end to end, the APIs and dependencies, and use this knowledge to create new and improve our payment systems.
    • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and quantitative research to recommend and implement enhancements, enriching the payment experience for our customers.
    • Lead the delivery of an outstanding payments experience by developing detailed requirements, implementation plans, and execution.
    • Continuously monitor product performance and user satisfaction, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
    • Oversee internal and external testing processes to maintain product quality.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Business including Compliance, legal and other stakeholders to ensure all products meet regulatory and certification standards in the payment industry.

Qualifications:

    • 7 years proven product management experience working on financial service apps or a high growth consumer company.
    • Proven ability to translate roadmap items, high level vision and user feedback into actionable product items.
    • A good knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
    • Customer-centric with a strong focus on end user experience and outcomes.
    • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a fair degree of autonomy and demonstrate initiative and a sense of personal accountability.

Must be able to articulate the vision clearly, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams by translating complex ideas into actionable plans that drive seamless execution and user impact.
    • You’re data-driven – You can dive into data to identify opportunities and then measure your impact. You prioritise the value you can add to customers, and can get the entire company behind you by telling stories with data.
    • You have a good technical understanding - help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs, and new features.
