Job description

The Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for leading and optimizing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for new clients and employees. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement best practices, improve onboarding workflows, and drive engagement while upholding the company’s core values of Excellence, Learning, and Teamwork.



Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Process Improvement:
  • Develop, refine, and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to enhance client and employee satisfaction.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline onboarding procedures.

  • Ensure alignment between onboarding processes and overall company goals.

Client & Employee Experience:
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience to set up clients and employees for long-term success.

  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness and address gaps to improve engagement and retention.

  • Ensure onboarding materials and training programs are up to date and accessible.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Training, Support, Sales, and Operations, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and employees.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex onboarding issues and coordinate solutions.

  • Communicate feedback from onboarding experiences to key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Training & Development:
  • Oversee and support onboarding specialists to ensure consistency in training delivery.

  • Develop training programs and resources to enhance onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure that onboarding staff are well-equipped to deliver a high-quality experience.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success.

  • Report on onboarding trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients and employees to refine onboarding strategies.

NOTE

  • Must have a stable internet connection minimum of 50 MBPS
  • Must be comfortable working the US business hours
  • Must own a laptop with at least 16 GB memory
