About the role

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team in the Southwest of the UK, covering Devon and Cornwall. As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits into sales for customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump. 

What you'll be doing
  • Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech
  • Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech
  • Including pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via door knocking, cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales in line with our KPIs
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot 
  • Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method 
  • Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers
What we would like you to have 

We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:

    • Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role 
    • Experience within in a field based sales role 
    • Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems 
    • An excitement for sales and working towards targets 
    • Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections
    • A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments

It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.
