Key Responsibilities:

Project Roadmap: Develop and implement project roadmaps, ensuring timelines are met.
Process Optimization: Streamline and automate processes to increase efficiency.
Resource Management: Manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Communication: Provide clear updates and maintain transparency with all stakeholders.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution.
Team Coordination: Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Progress Tracking: Update and manage project roadmaps, deadlines, and resource allocation.
KPI & Budget Control: Track KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks proactively, develop backup plans.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows to boost productivity.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and manage their expectations.
Project Management Tools: Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Asana for tracking and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in iGaming (online casinos or betting).
Multitasking: Experience managing multiple projects at once while maintaining quality.
Agile & Scrum: Experience with Agile methodologies and adapting them to team workflows.
Project Management Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, Confluence, and basic CRM systems.
Budget & Resource Management: Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve issues at any stage of the project.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams.
English (B2+): Ability to communicate effectively in English.
