Position Summary:
As a Platform Analyst you will ensure timely and effective execution of platform initiatives and strategies. In this role, they are responsible for managing and optimizing healthcare technology platforms to ensure they effectively support our clinical and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Platform Management and Optimization:
o Oversee the administration and optimization of healthcare platform(s)
o Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
o Gather and analyze requirements from business and technology stakeholders
o Manage and organize solutions that address the identified needs, ensuring alignment with technology architecture, organizational goals, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Implementation:
o Coordinate the implementation of new platform features, updates, or integrations
o Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure a
o Alignment with Agile principles and best practices
o Manage Agile tools keeping epics and user stories up to date (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Oversee testing of platform changes, updates, and new features to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended
o Coordinate the resolution of any issues discovered during testing or reported by users
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years working in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT required
• 5+ years working in a client facing role in Healthcare required
• Project Management experience preferred but not required
• High sense of urgency
• Strong project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems, EMR/EHR Systems or Health Care Data Integration Systems required
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• SAFe certified or the ability to complete certification shortly after accepting position
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred
