NeoGenomics is looking for a Director of Commercial Platforms wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Position Summary:
As the Director of Commercial Platforms you will lead the sales and marketing platform strategy within our commercial platform department. This leadership role requires expertise in driving efficient and scalable solutions for sales, marketing, and operational departments within a healthcare setting. You will also oversee the alignment of commercial platform strategy across our website and Salesforce capabilities and Agile practices, ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives from ideation through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the development and implementation of the Salesforce platform to support commercial and laboratory processes. Define and drive the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Salesforce Healthcare Expertise: Oversee the design, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that support business operations, customer relationship management, and sales effectiveness - Agile Leadership (SAFe): Champion and manage the application of SAFe Agile methodologies across teams. Ensure that Agile best practices are adhered to, and that product teams are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders in sales, marketing, IT, and operations to ensure the Salesforce platform supports business initiatives and operational needs
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of the Salesforce platform. Stay current on Salesforce updates and industry trends to ensure the platform evolves with business needs.
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field required
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Health Information Management (e.g., RHIA, RHIT) is preferred
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems, EMR/EHR Systems or Health Care Data Integration Systems required
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial product management or a similar leadership role, with at least 5 years of direct experience managing Salesforce implementations in a Healthcare setting
- Proven experience in Agile project management, preferably with SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.
- Leadership and team management, with a focus on building high-performing, collaborative teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies and technical details to diverse stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products on time and within budget
