About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Global Recruiting Coordination to lead our global recruiting coordination team and oversee our global background check program. In this role, you will drive operational excellence in interview scheduling, candidate experience, and compliance processes across multiple regions. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure a seamless and compliant hiring experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators (RC) and Coordination Leads across multiple time zones
  • Own and optimize the global background check program, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and company policies
  • Streamline and enhance interview scheduling processes to support a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment
  • Partner with talent acquisition, legal, and compliance teams to maintain hiring integrity and mitigate risks
  • Manage RC capacity model; leverage this date to make strategic decisions about process and team responsibilities
  • Report on RC team output, identify pipeline bottlenecks and propose potential solutions
  • Act as a candidate experience ambassador and troubleshoot any candidate experience escalations; identify areas for process alignment and optimization
