JOB SUMMARY
The PaceMate® Clinical Transformation Coordinator is responsible for managing proactive alert programs, supporting clinical operations through scalable process improvements, and providing transition support during onboarding and post-go-live stabilization. This role ensures that proactive alert management and optimization enable clinical teams to operate efficiently and in alignment with industry best practices.

As the Customer-facing lead of Clinical Operations, this role focuses on internal clinical process optimization and alert protocol management to enhance onboarding success and long-term operational efficiency.

The Clinical Transformation Coordinator leads transformation initiatives by implementing and managing programs that improve clinical workflows, operational processes, and innovation within the department. Additionally, this role serves as a liaison between the clinical team and Customer Success, ensuring that transformation initiatives are executed smoothly and remain aligned with organizational goals and KPIs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Oversee proactive alert programs, ensuring alerts are managed efficiently to support clinical teams.
  • Provide transition support during onboarding and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring seamless integration of our software and services into the customer’s clinical workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alert protocols are followed and align with best practices.
  • Identify and address gaps in clinical processes that impact workflow and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between Clinical Operations and Customer Success, ensuring internal teams are equipped to support onboarding success.
  • Lead the initial clinical onboarding call to introduce and educate customers on our alert program, ensuring a clear understanding of workflows and expectations.
  • Support post-onboarding teams by ensuring that clinical protocols and alert handling procedures are properly integrated.
  • Lead transformation initiatives by implementing and managing programs that improve operational processes and efficiency.
  • Work closely with clinical leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Virtual and on-site customer support as needed.  Travel requirements up to 25%.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE
  • Maintain detailed documentation of program plans, processes, and outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Protected Health Information (PHI) standards/protocol
  • Support and contribute to PaceMate’s patient-centered care philosophy: Every teammate is a caregiver whose role is to meet the needs of the patient.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced clinical degree preferred (MSN/PA-C)
  • Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in a clinical setting with a focus on cardiac device management, healthcare management or transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of cardiac device technologies and remote monitoring principles
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in the PaceMate LIVE platform preferred
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint a plus
  • Proficiency with collaboration applications and software (Teams, Zoom, Slack) a plus
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION           
Certification from the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) (CCDS, CEPS, CDRMS) required within the first year.
