Job description

Builder / Developer: II (Intermediate)
Remote but must work CST hours.
Duration: 6 Months+
Only W2 accepted 


Must haves:
Experience with Informatica Axon, Data Quality (IDQ), Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) in an Administrator role
Experience administering Axon, IDQ, EDC in a Linux environment
Administering application access, security, patching, and upgrading Informatica products
Stabilization and monitoring for on-prem and hosted applications
Test environment support
Collaboration with other groups within CF ITS on admin functions required to keep servers running; subject areas may include Security, Networking – Firewall and VPN Tunnel, Business Users for access, Linux support, DEA, DBAs (i.e., DB2, Postgres), and LDAP/Active Directory
Work directly with Informatica Global Support and manage open tickets
Security certificate administration for IDQ and EDC
Administrator password changes for Informatica tools
Staying up to date on product enhancements and advising on best practices
Problem analysis and resolution
Ability to implement version control for IDQ model repository service
Administering and performance tuning IDQ web services

General description:
Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. Roles involving code development must receive secure code training each calendar year as required by the US Department Of Agriculture Risk Management Agency, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, the New York Department Of Financial Services CyberSecurity Regulation, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council's IT Examination Handbook, and best practices defined by the Center for Internet Security and the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Such training should be based on an established industry guidelines such as the OWASP Secure Coding Guidelines or cover similar content.
