Currently we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to be a part of our Digital Marketing Team. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing dynamic PPC campaigns across various media platforms, leveraging your expertise to reach the right audience at the right time. Your success will directly contribute to our mission to empower hotels to maximise their occupancy rates and enhance their share of direct bookings!
Daily activities:
Planning, implementation and management of paid campaigns - Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tik-Tok Ads.
Creating effective strategies for our Clients - including remarketing, audience segmentation and budget optimization to achieve campaign goals.
Regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and presenting results.
Conducting data analysis and reporting on it using Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4.
Participating in internal projects focused on improving processes, creating new products/services, or knowledge sharing
Previous role in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or a media house (at least 1-2 years).
Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience in managing Microsoft Ads and/or Tik-Tok Ads campaigns is a plus.
Very good knowledge of tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and omni-channel campaigns.
Client-facing experience (meetings, calls, catch ups, being in direct communication with the clients).
You're a natural storyteller, you have the ability to digest data and turn it into tangible suggestions that can easily be understood by those without your level of expertise.
You’re confident to share your personal opinion, you are goal and client oriented.
Market and competitor research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Being highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Fluency in written and spoken Polish (native is a must) and English (at least B2)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
Contract Enhancements: earn between 8200 PLN to 11800 PLN on a B2B contract or between 6800 to 9800 PLN gross for Contract of Employment
