This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5Pm Los Angeles, CA
  • 4 hours per day, 5 days a week

As the right hand to our agency owner, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across multiple projects. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance client management and project organization
  • Coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth agency operations
  • Assist in social media posting and content management for our clients
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all team members and clients are aligned
  • Act as a liaison between the agency and clients, coordinating communication and managing expectations
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in agency processes and suggest solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the marketing industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and content management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Adaptability and quick learning skills to keep up with changing project needs and deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and trends
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools
