Staffing Director (Remote) 

Are you a driven leader passionate about healthcare in rural communities? Our client is seeking a Staffing Director to lead our high-performing staffing team, grow client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives.

Location: Remote (Work-From-Home MUST BE located in AK, MT, WY, WA and CO THIS IS REQUIRED)

Role Overview:

The Staffing Director leads and mentors our Account Executives, fostering excellence in client service, revenue growth, and provider placements. This role focuses on performance, client relations, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Mentor: Train and support Account Executives to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive Growth: Maximize placement efficiency, expand client accounts, and identify new opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Strengthen long-term partnerships with clients, providers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership in healthcare or staffing.
  • Strong coaching, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; preference for candidates in Alaska or the Pacific Northwest.
Remote Work Requirements:
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (PDT/MST).
  • Dedicated home office with high-speed internet.
