Guild is seeking a Senior Events Manager to manage high-impact B2B proprietary and sponsored events that drive lead engagement, pipeline acceleration, and community engagement across Guild’s ecosystem. As a key member of the B2B Events team, this role will be instrumental in delivering compelling experiences across the B2B events portfolio that align with Guild’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution
  • Lead cross-functional project management for Guild’s proprietary events, particularly focused on the company’s flagship conference, Opportunity Summit, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Employer Partner Success teams to design events that drive lead engagement and conversion.
  • Support the pre-event strategy by working with internal teams to ensure events have a clear target audience, key messaging, and a defined success plan.
  • Manage logistics including venue coordination, registration, staffing, food & beverage, lodging, and transportation to create exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Continuously enhance the attendee experience by integrating new experiential elements and leveraging innovative event technologies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Strategic Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to align event themes with company positioning, storytelling, and key GTM strategies.
  • Ensure event messaging, design, and speaker topics align with business priorities and reinforce Guild’s market leadership.
  • Contribute to content planning, ensuring that post-event assets (videos, recaps, takeaways, etc.) are repurposed effectively to extend the impact of events.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams to develop a comprehensive follow-up strategy that keeps event attendees engaged.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of attendee data to Sales and EPS and track follow-up communications to measure impact on pipeline acceleration.

Event Evaluation & ROI Measurement

  • Collaborate with the B2B events team to evaluate events on a continuous basis to form a cohesive event strategy & calendar that aligns with Performance Marketing and overall company KPIs.
  • Establish measurable KPIs to assess event success and drive engagement within the EP, prospect, and partner communities.
  • Analyze post-event survey data (quantitative & qualitative) to measure ROI, improve planning cycles, and enhance follow-up and future event strategies.
  • Integrate event data reporting within Guild’s marketing tech stack and optimize the use of new event technologies.
Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of event management experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in budget management.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure event success and make informed decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the company.
  • Experience in the meetings and events industry; HR & Benefits space a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Suites; experience with Salesforce and event technology preferred.
  • Flexibility for travel, evening, and weekend event commitments as needed.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $106,500 - $138,400, variable compensation, and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
