Job Title: Salesforce Administrator 

Location: Makati City (WFH)

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: 

As a Salesforce Administrator for Third Party Tools, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of our tools, including Salesforce.com, ensuring smooth system operations, user training, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and more. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to document business requirements, assist with training, and recommend process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the system administrator for third-party tools.
  • Support routine administrative functions, including user account management, reports, dashboards, and workflow configuration.
  • Document business requirements as JIRA user stories and assess the business impact of solutions.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new users, promoting the growth of the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Identify process issues, recommend controls, and develop improved procedures to streamline operations.
  • Maintain user confidence by staying current on technical knowledge and attending relevant educational workshops.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, analyzing trends and system performance to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce/System administrator or in a similar administrative role, particularly with third-party tools (Salesforce.com experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of user account management, report generation, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or other similar business analysis tools for documenting user stories and tracking tasks.
  • Experience in training users and supporting adoption of new systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with system security and maintaining user confidence in tools and processes is a plus.
