The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Full Lifecycle Contract Recruiter (3 months) to join our Talent Acquisition team to support BeyondTrust on a variety of roles that work across Operations, Professional Services, and G&A.

What You’ll Do:

Engage active and passive candidates through various recruiting channels including our ATS (Greenhouse), Direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), social networks, professional groups and networking tactics:
Build a strong network of Talent across yoru assigned roles.
Become an expert at telling our story and uncovering candidates’ motivators, purpose and interests
Utilize our ATS system (Greenhouse) to upload, track and document candidates
Stay up to date on up and coming companies, technologies, and mergers
Enagge with and have regular meetings with the Hiring Managers you support.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the landscape of the competitive market to the TA Team.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the position and scope of responsibilities; develop creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile

What You’ll Bring:

5 + Years’ experience as a Full Lifecycle Corporate Recruiter working on a variety of different roles
Tech industry experience is a must
Ability to support multiple Managers
Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment
Be organized and effectively manage your time across multiple recruiting priorities.
A proven track record of building relationships with passive candidates
