The Role:  

We’re looking for a passionate Full Lifecycle Contract Recruiter (3 months) to join our Talent Acquisition team to support BeyondTrust on a variety of roles that work across Operations, Professional Services, and G&A.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage active and passive candidates through various recruiting channels including our ATS (Greenhouse), Direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), social networks, professional groups and networking tactics:
  • Build a strong network of Talent across yoru assigned roles.
  • Become an expert at telling our story and uncovering candidates’ motivators, purpose and interests
  • Utilize our ATS system (Greenhouse) to upload, track and document candidates
  • Stay up to date on up and coming companies, technologies, and mergers
  • Enagge with and have regular meetings with the Hiring Managers you support. 
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the landscape of the competitive market to the TA Team.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the position and scope of responsibilities; develop creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 + Years’ experience as a Full Lifecycle Corporate Recruiter working on a variety of different roles
  • Tech industry experience is a must
  • Ability to support multiple Managers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Be organized and effectively manage your time across multiple recruiting priorities.
  • A proven track record of building relationships with passive candidates
