About this role

Technitask is growing quickly and looking to build its operational capacity and capability within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for supporting our healthcare client by managing their healthcare and clinical IT projects.

What you’ll need

  • [MANDATORY] Valid ROSCI Change Management certification.

  • [MANDATORY] Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist certification.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

  • 10 years’ experience in business analysis: Developing operational service delivery models, synthesizing findings for stakeholders, and presenting to leadership teams.

  • 5 years’ experience in organizational capability redesign: Improving system efficiency and effectiveness through recommendations, reviews, and workshops with stakeholders.

  • 5 years’ experience as a team lead or project manager: Leading teams of analysts and consultants, planning and coordinating analysis activities, and developing project plans.

  • 1 year of experience in healthcare transformation: Participating in provincial or state-level transformation of healthcare services, focusing on home and community care.

  • 5 years’ experience in organizational change management: Supporting organizational change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and developing change management plans.

  • 5 years’ experience in healthcare analysis and implementation: Analyzing service delivery activities, facilitating with key stakeholders, and assisting in business transformation.

  • 6 years’ experience with Allscripts/Altera EPR modules: Supporting and implementing EPR modules, reviewing modifications for upgrades, documenting and performing configuration modifications, and coordinating integration testing.
