Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Vendor Coordinator to assist in the daily operations of vendor management and onboarding. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating vendor relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of vendor management, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliance is met.
  • Maintain and update vendor records in the company’s database.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Monitor vendor performance and evaluate qualifications to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and consultations with vendors.
  • Collaborate with the vendor management team to develop and implement operational strategies.

Requirements

    • Proven experience in onboarding/HR settings, operations, customer service, or a similar role, with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other operational applications.
    • Ability to take direction and implement actions for continuous improvement.
    • Proficient in English (oral and written).
    • High school diploma required.
