Job description

As the Revenue Analyst you will support the Commercial Operations department by analyzing data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Use data to understand business and market, patterns and trends

Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research

Communicate analysis findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports

Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Audit data feeds for abnormalities or erroneous data

Configure system settings for various vacation rental markets to optimize rate settings

Prepare Revenue projections for potential unit acquisitions and forecast market performance

Discuss with market shareholders current market conditions and trends

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business System Analysis, or equivalent practical experience

Two (2) or more years of experience in business/financial analysis

Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or related field

Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to learn and execute new software applications
