  • Design, test, deploy, and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Manage approximately 55+ accounts monthly and stay updated on email marketing technologies and trends.
  • Support company-wide email marketing initiatives and collaborate with the team on campaign strategies.

● min 2.5 years of email marketing, campaign management, or relevant digital marketing experience (agency experience is a plus). ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. ● Proven excellence in writing for digital and crafting compelling subject lines. ● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns. ● Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing email marketing trends. ● Self-starter with strong communication skills who takes initiative and thrives under deadlines. ● Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods, with strong focus and attention to detail. ● Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp (a plus). ● Strong English skills, both verbal and written. ● Previous experience working for a U.S. or Western-based company. ● Ability to work U.S. hours, specifically Mountain Standard Time.

Core responsibilities:

● Create Email Marketing campaigns using our proprietary EL90 targeting to increase brand awareness for apartment communities across the U.S., including single-family homes, student housing, and 55+ communities. ● Design, test, deploy, and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns while working within our SLAs. ● Manage around 55+ accounts every month ● Stay up to date on new technologies, discussions, and changes in email marketing overall and specific to the multifamily industry, incorporate and test in campaigns ● Support companywide email marketing initiatives
