Job Summary
The 2025 Summer Intern - Marketing will work closely with the IS marketing team to develop and execute content and campaigns to support prospect and lead engagement. This role will also support database and report management to accurately measure marketing impact.
Essential responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital and physical content and campaigns including email messaging, social media posts, website ads, event collateral, and website copy to generate qualified prospects and leads for Insourcing Solutions portfolio.
- Engage in communication with prospects and qualified leads where needed to support their movement in the buying journey.
- Track and report on prospect and lead activity metrics and campaign performance.
- Work within the CRM database to maintain updates to lead and sales stages, marketing statuses, and customer intelligence data (SalesForce.com).
- Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities with third parties for digital ads or sponsored content placements
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education: currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field degree program
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of digital funnel marketing and campaign marketing
- Good understanding of social media, email marketing, and SEO tactical uses
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for inbound content management
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM database a plus.
- Strong proficiency in data organization and manipulation with Excel and/or Smartsheet
- Language and Organization Skill
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Passion for staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
The pay range for this position is $20-21 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
