Job description

  • An award-winning mortgage brokerage firm based in Australia, boasting a closely-knit team located in the Philippines. 
  • Your workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
  • Candidates are required to possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Salary: Php 50,000 - 60,000/month 
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

This role will be reporting to an Australian Manager. You'll verify client documents for compliance, accurately reflect financial positions, ensure efficient data entry, and submit loan applications promptly for a seamless client-lender experience.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client documents comply with the company's checklist.
  • Verify client documents reflect their current financial status.
  • Input accurate client information into company systems.
  • Prepare application packs for clients.
  • Submit loan applications to lenders.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate valuations and pricing discounts.
  • Follow up with lenders on application status and post-settlement checks.
  • Handle various forms including discharge, variation, and application forms.
  • Address Missing Information Requests.
  • Review approval letters and draft email templates.
  • Complete online amendments as needed.
  • Conduct checks on loan documents.

Position Prerequisites: 

  • Knowledgeable in the broking industry and experience working in the home loans department of a bank or with a mortgage broker in Australia. 
  • Experience being accountable and responsive when working in a small team environment such as a small business.
