You will help callers in the Medical Industry, Attendance Lines, Property Management, Manufacturing, Order Entry, and more. Clients you will represent include but are not limited to, OhioHealth, Coca-Cola, Ohio Department of Health, and Enhabit.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED
Ability to commit to a minimun of 20 hours per week
Must commit to working one weekend day per week
Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully
Proficiency in computer operations
Computer equipment, if interested in remote work
Related work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet physical job requirements (90% of shift confined to workstation)
Ability to type 35 WPM
Must reside in Ohio or Nevada
