Senior IT Project Manager M&A.
It's remote role but candidates in EAST Coast Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Project Leadership: Oversee the entire M&A integration process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful execution.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with different cross functional teams, both within the acquired data center and our company's local and global functions, to ensure cohesive integration efforts.
● Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of integration milestones.
● Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during the integration process.
● Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
● Guidance and Direction: Work closely with the Global Integration Management Office Lead for guidance and direction, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
● Documentation: Ensure all integration activities are thoroughly documented, creating a comprehensive record for future reference.
● Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
● Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on M&A integration projects within the data center or technology industry.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project,Smartsheet) and data center technologies.
● Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
● Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Strong PM skills – schedule, cost, resources, planning and execution
Strong communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder and vendor management, RAID management
M&A experience – especially in the beginning phase of an acquisition – kickoff, planning and creating the roadmap for the end to end integration, taking the project to completion
PMP Certification Desired

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is Hourly rate $55.00hr TO $65.00hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
