The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and assessing security threats to safeguard our global organization and key stakeholders. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to work closely with a top-tier corporate security and resilience department and cross-functional teams to provide proactive, actionable intelligence, support security operations, and enhance situational awareness. Here you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts as you gain experience leveraging data analytics, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and advanced security tools to assess potential risks and provide strategic recommendations.

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing internal and external relationships with a variety of functions to provide a full scope of risk awareness and mitigation.

  • Implementing and maintaining robust policies and procedures supporting executive security and events to provide consistent levels of risk awareness.

  • Determining and analyzing a wide range of risks, including geopolitical events, civil unrest, terrorism, crime, natural disasters, and health concerns.

  • Supporting executive security operations by analyzing risks, preparing advance information, including site visits, and providing real-time threat intelligence.

  • Maintaining the highest level of integrity, maturity, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (five) 5 years of relevant experience in security operations, executive administration, intelligence analysis or a related field.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND (five) 5 years of relevant experience in security operations, executive administration, intelligence analysis or a related field.

AND

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • CPR/First Aid certification and/or a willingness to gain EMR/EMT certification.

  • Work experience requiring integrity and discretion.

  • Written and verbal communication skills, particularly under time-sensitive conditions, to provide clear, concise assessments and recommendations.

  • Organization and project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Comfort around senior leaders and executives and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).

  • Two or more years of experience in a customer facing role and/or previous government or military experience.

  • Experience engaging and working with vendors and consultants.

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, critical thinking and analysis interest.

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 5%-20% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $54,530 - $66,647, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
