Hybrid role (3–4 days per week in the Prague office) 

FTC – until 23rd December, then possibly renewed for 2026 and beyond.

About the role 

The Junior Production Associate is a member of the client’s Global Commercial Operations (GCO)'s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and reports to the GCO Omnichannel Content Delivery Manager. The Junior Production Associate will support the Content Delivery Manager in the provision of production services and delivery of GCO content projects predominantly focused upon selected tools. 

You must have the ability to partner effectively with brand teams and understand business and customer experience goals, working closely with preferred suppliers and internal cross-functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of those projects. 

This role is ideally suited to a driven individual who is looking for their first step on the ladder in a digitally focused Creative or Marketing role and has the potential to grow with the business. 

What you’ll do 

• Initial focus is to assemble emails using the email authoring tool Knak (https://knak.com/) as a primary tool, this will be alongside proprietary client tools for which training will be provided.
• Content management and asset management for the client’s Czechia Digital platforms ensuring alignment and coherence across brands: administration, API maintenance, Kaltura video upload and update
• Working with local brand and cross-functional teams in the end-to-end process of creation of emails and potentially occasional newsletters for Health Care Professionals, including simple design and email layout, internal approval, omnichannel tagging, testing and deploying to production with Veeva Vault CRM
• Testing materials on sandbox together with brand teams, as well as publishing them
• Collaborative engagement with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, relevant Market Innovation and Business Excellence teams and potentially Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion
• May participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures and operational frameworks. 

About you 

Education:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in related design or marketing discipline alternatively on the areas of computer science or information systems.  

Experience:   

Relevant experience and a depth of knowledge in the following areas: 

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills  
• Solid communication skills. Native Czech and oral and written fluency in Business English  
• Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic HTML/CMS/JS knowledge
• Adobe Creative suite
• Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge
• Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working
• Design skills  
• Knak Authoring tool
