Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand the presence in the CFD/FX trading sector in Thailand.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing key partnerships in the trading industry. You’ll work with affiliates, IBs, and digital influencers to drive engagement and expand brand reach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the forex sector, a proven track record in business development, and fluency in both Thai and English.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to attract and manage IBs, affiliates, and influencers.
Represent the company at industry events, building relationships with potential partners.
Identify and collaborate with digital content creators (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand awareness.
Oversee partnership programs from negotiation to execution, ensuring long-term engagement.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in business development within the forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, sales, and partnership management.
Background in Business Administration, Sales, or E-commerce (preferred).
Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners (IBs, Affiliates, and Influencers).
Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 or similar platforms is desirable.
